Optum Health Limited is now Ansearch Ltd

b>Search growth pushes Ansearch into new beginning

Melbourne 21 November 2005... Following strong search engine revenue growth and with profitable performance in its search engine division now emerging, Optum Health Limited (ASX: OPM) today changed its business name to Ansearch Ltd.

Following the company's annual general meeting in Melbourne today, Company Chairman, Peter Jermyn said the recent selling-down of the Company's involvement in water treatment (through Optum ES), together with Ansearch's improving month on month revenues since launching commercially in April, have mandated the change.

"The time is right to shift our commitment and focus online," Mr Jermyn said. "In the next year or so, global search revenues are expected to pass the ten billion dollar mark. In only a short time, and under the diligent leadership of CEO Dean Jones, Ansearch has risen into the serious end of the local search and online media business."

All resolutions put to Optum shareholders were approved today, including the name change, the ratification of share issues and re-appointment to the board of directors Peter Jermyn (non-executive Chairman), Charles Ellison, Terence Grigg and respected media personality, Glenn Ridge.

Ansearch's chief executive officer Dean Jones said that the company's employees, customers and suppliers would all benefit from today's name change. "Although we've made exciting progress under Optum's umbrella, this makes our value proposition to customers more clearly focused and therefore much stronger."

The company has applied to the ASX and ASIC to have the name change ratified.

Mr Jermyn also signaled that the Company is in negotiation with high net worth investors with considerable experience in new technology businesses.

"We are nearing the completion of formal negotiations with several investors whom will be providing $1m in capital and strategic advice." Mr Jermyn said. "The Ansearch team will use these funds to accelerate audience and revenue growth in its search engines and expand its sales team in the rapidly growing online media network division (soush.)"
